In order to support state and local efforts to contain the spread of COVID-19, and to protect the health of our members and employees, we are closing the lobby in our Hines and Orovada locations starting Monday, March 23rd. However, we remain committed to providing the same level of care and attention that our members deserve. HEC linemen are still on duty and responding to outages.  Our drop boxes are available for making non-cash payments; please convert any cash into a money order before placing in the drop box.  Additionally, our phone lines remain open to assist our members. If you have a question or are having a problem making a payment, don’t hesitate to call (541) 573-2061.

To help in coordinating crews as the busy summer irrigation months arrive,  we ask that you call in outages as soon as you  notice the power is out.  

Starting March 9th Office hours will be 7am-5pm at the Hines Office and 7am-3:30pm in the Orovada office.
